I strive to help people gain confidence and self esteem by offering a safe and collaborative relationship. Strength comes from within and discovering a way to connect to our own amazing spirit will open the doors to success, joy and fulfillment. Empowerment creates a ripple effect which can transcend every aspect of ones’ life.

I am a holistic practitioner, and I use psychodynamic and somatic psychology. The very symptoms for which we seek treatment have-in part-served some purpose and together we shall discover the gifts therein.
I specialize in substance use disorders.

My ideal client is somebody who has struggled with addictions and needs assistance and accountability to gain freedom. I am familiar with all the resources and able to help implement new ways of living without the substances and behaviors that have become problematic.
